I cannot praise Burrell Street or their staff highly enough - I was absolutely terrified by what was happening to my body and felt emotionally drained by the time I found out about the centre.
I was checked out by a practitioner called James who was respectful, kind natured and straightforward with me. He and the assisting Nurse made my visit go totally smoothly and sent me out the door feeling informed, safe and in control of my situation.
Absolute Angels.
The centre is comfortable, clean and friendly - it is now my go-to for all future treatments and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The doctor who visited me was very professional and friendly, he run all the possible tests of the case. Highly recommended, they really take care of you.

I had a coil fitted by Dr Menon-Johansson and Dr Fitzgerald. They were absolutely amazing. Very patient with me and incredibly understanding. They kept me chatting and held my hand through the whole procedure. Thank you both.

The first time I went here the incompetent receptionist lost my papers so I was sitting down for hours before he realised he lost them and came and apologised . The second time I was sent here by the rape crisis team at haven for pep and the receptionist told me to come just to pick up medication and I got there 10 minutes later and they told me they closed early and I'd have to come
Back the next day . ( pointless taking pep then) - overall really rude staff and completely incompetent of doing any of their jobs .

We all had to wait quite a long time to get seen, but I was then seen by Dawn who was amazing. Professional, caring, non-judgemental and diligent. I told her in person that I thought she was great but wanted to write it publically as well - thank you.

Really hard to get appointments for IUD clinics, felt like i was buying limited tickets for glastonbury festival.
